A collection of PDFs, presentations, and sometimes even ACE sessions that go along with a specific paper. Topics range from specific mechanics in ACE to general analysis to “real-life” examples to cutting edge statistical methods and beyond. Most documents come from ACEIT User Workshops over the years. There are additional resources from various other conferences as well.

DODCAS Presentations

The Department of Defense Cost Analysis Symposium (DoDCAS) is an opportunity for government, industry, academic, and international partners to discuss the methods and techniques associated with cost estimation within the context of national security. The symposium provides a forum for the continued education, training, and communication between members of the DoD and the wider cost analysis community.

ICEAA

The International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICEAA) was formed by the merger of the International Society of Parametric Analysts (ISPA) and the Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA) in November 2012. ICEAA is a nonprofit organization that strives to promote and to enhance the profession of cost estimating and analysis. ICEAA holds conferences throughout the year to gather experts and novice alike to share idea and enhance the cost estimating community. The papers and presentations in this library have been given by Tecolote analysts at various conferences, a collection of which have won awards at either the local or national level.
