ACEIT Certification/Compliance and Operating System/Microsoft Office Compatibility Information.
ACEIT Version Compatibility
ACEIT is designed to run in a Microsoft Windows operating system. Multiple versions of ACEIT can be installed on the same machine. Some ACEIT applications, such as CO$TAT and POST, require Microsoft Office to run.

We anticipate click-to-run, desktop-installed versions of Office 365 applications to be compatible with ACEIT 8.2, 8.1 and 8.0. However, due to the continuous update nature of Office 365, we will not have all features fully tested at all times. Additionally, the add-in applications in the ACEIT suite (POST, CO$TAT, JACS, and the Inflation Utility) are not compatible with the Microsoft Store desktop and online versions of Office 365.
ACEIT is fully functional when FIPS mode is enabled in Windows.
You can view your ACEIT version and release date by opening the About screen in any ACEIT application.
