What's New with ACEIT

Policy Change: DoD inflation and escalation indices for 2021 provided by the Joint Inflation Calculator (JIC) are marked as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). CUI can only be distributed via a secure government website.

Therefore, an ACEIT System Inflation table containing 2021 updates for only the Army, Navy, and USMC is now available in two locations:

* Army users should access the table on the Army Financial Management & Comptroller website at:  https://www.asafm.army.mil/Cost-Materials/Cost-Models/#rates-guidance. This is a CAC-enabled site.

* Non-Army users should access the table on the Cost Assessment Data Enterprise (CADE) website through the Dataset, Tools and Models (DTM) Hub: https:/service.cade.osd.mil/cade-ng/home. Only government analysts with a CADE account and the “CADE Analyst” role can access the tables. Contractors looking to acquire the tables need to contract their government sponsor for assistance.

Revisions to the ACEIT System Inflation tables will be released as we receive updated appropriations from remaining services, including the Air Force. Refer to the Knowledge Base article titled Custom Inflation Tables to package inflation and escalation rates not included with this release.
