NO CONFIDENTIALITY AND LICENSE

If you wish to provide your information to Tecolote and you wish to retain an interest or ownership in it, you must contact Tecolote in writing and propose to Tecolote a commercial transaction pursuant to which you and Tecolote agree in a written and signed agreement to an exchange of information. You grant Tecolote an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit and distribute those materials or information and you also agree that Tecolote is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us for any purpose. LOCAL LAWS AND ACCESS TO OUR WEB SITES

This site is controlled by Tecolote in the United States of America. We make no representation that content or materials in the site are appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. If you choose to access this site from other jurisdictions, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. If you obtain a product or service off of any of Tecolote's Web sites that is provided without an agreement, that product or service is provided "AS-IS" with no warranties whatsoever, express or implied, and your use of that product or service is at your own risk.
