Joint Confidence Level (JCL) analysis integrates cost and schedule uncertainty to estimate the probability of hitting both cost and schedule targets. NASA has a policy requiring projects to identify the JCL at major milestones. For over a year, we have been actively engaged guiding the implementation of JCL for both government and contractor estimates. With ACEIT’s internal capability to model schedule logic, a robust JCL model can be created and captured within a single tool environment. However, we are also fluent in tools such as MS-Project and Primavera Risk Analysis.
Our JCL Mechanics training offering is a quick way to get up-to-speed on JCL practice and learn how to extend ACEIT’s capability into the schedule arena. This offering consists of a 2-3 day engagement at your site to train your analysts on JCL concepts in the context of your specific project. For more information please contact [email protected] .
