What's New with ACEIT

The ACEIT 7.0a Patch is available as a downloadable update to patch the production version of ACEIT 7.0, which was released in Sept. 2006.

This patch fixes several problems found in ACE, POST and Librarian 7.0.

Major Fixes:

• ACE occasionally crashed after inactivity or during a file save.
• ACE crashed after many continuous "Replace Unique ID" procedures.
• A memory leak, which could cause ACE to crash if you were loading and unloading many sessions, was fixed.
• After recovering an ACE session and making changes, the file was put in a temporary directory upon save. Now the file is properly saved to the sessions directory.
• POST will now recognize a change to the year range of the ACE session (made by modifiying the ACE file properties). Previously POST did not recognize the new year range, even after the ACE session was saved.
